I need to know if Cephalexin shows up in a drug urine test. I am on probation and was perscribed this antibiotic and do not want to take any chances.

If the prescription is valid (prescribed less than 6 months ago) and you have this prescription, you won't (shouldn't) have any issues. 99% of legal UA test results are forwarded to a medical board for review prior to any flag for illegal substance use is enacted. This board will review you medical history and prescriptions to determine if the use of this substance is illicit or not. If you are honestly in the right, you'll have no troubles.
