How do I discard Ondansetron tablets which have expired?

there a re a couple of different ways. I would recommend mixing them with used coffee grounds or used kitty litter and put in a can with a lid, like a coffee can and put in trash. You have to mix them with something to make them undesirable to anyone looking in trash for pills so dont throw them away in the pharmacy bottle. Never put meds in toilet or wash down sink either because they can get into the water supply with reclaimed water.
