... nausea/vomiting is occurring now and I'm not sure I've been able to hold down the pill. I'm an adult and took 4 mg. I should be safe taking another tablet at the same does and try it sublingually, right?

Call and ask for phenergan suppositories from your doc. I take zofran sublingual. Got my script refilled, put the pill under my tongue, waited, and realized it was not my normal Rx. You don't want to wait for that to dissolve. Phenergan is stronger than zofran and comes in suppository form. Best!!!
