Did anybody experienced dry lips with change of color, very dry hands and feet to the point that the skin is peeling off after being on carbamazepine for 2 months?

Before that he ( my husband) had sore throat and swollen gland . I m afraid it might be a serious reaction to carbamazepine. Does anyone has an advice?
