It also causes profound drowsiness in some people. It can help you to sleep for hours. They give it for itching and hives a lot. Kids will abuse almost any drug that can cause a change in consciousness. You definitely need to talk to him and see why he was wanted to take it and let him know that it is dangerous to take pills other people may give you especially if you dont know what they are. Some pills can be deadly on the first dose (not this one, but high doses of some pain meds like OxyContin can kill in one pill)
