I care for a quad. She has had a baclofen pump for 5 years. She is very conscious about oral care and 6 month check ups with her dentist. On her last visit is was discovered that she had 6 small cavities and that a crown on a tooth was deteriorating and would need to be pulled. Does baclofen normally have this kind of effect on teeth?
