Was on atripla 1 tab. now have been given 2 tabs with tenofovir, efavirenez and lamivudine is this?

Atripla one drug combination tenofovir 300mg, efavirenez 600mg and emtrictabine 200. Now given two drug combination with same amount of tenofovir and efavirenez but instead of emtrictabine 200mg it has lamuvidine 300 mg is this the same or is lamuvifine a different drug all together
