I was on Seasonique for about a year, then I started getting really irregular periods and they would last a month to almost two months at a time. My doctor recently started me on Apri, 3 packs in a row. I'm on my first pack still and ever since I started i've been extremely bloated and gaining weight and so nauseous at random times during the day. My doctor told me to use the three months worth, than if I have any problems we will try something different. But this bloating and nausea is really uncomfortable. Also been having extreme cramps. Like I should be getting my period, but i'm not. So i'm wondering if these symptoms will go away after continuing to take it, or should I switch birth controls?
Apri side effects, will they go away or should I switch meds?
