Alprazolam - My guess is that it probably could; but I don’t know if that would be very effective?

Hello. It's probably true but they do make extended release tablets. I crush mine and either drink some water or just swallow it when I want a faster acting result from my benzo, Xanax. And that DOES work.

My therapist says it does get in your system faster that way.
