This is my first month of nuvaring and j just took my first one out today. Mistakenly I immediately put my next nuvaring in. Almost instantly I remembered that I need to wait 7 days. I quickly took the ring out, wiped it off and put it back in the wrapper and put it in the fridge. Will it be safe to put that ring in 7 days from now or should I discard that one because it has been inserted. Please help. I am very concerned.

to be on the safe side should I insert the new one again and just keep it in for 4 weeks? I'll skip this period but it'll keep me covered and the ring won't get ruined. Just a thought. I'm looking for the best thing I should do to prevent pregnancy. that is my goal. thank you.
