colarvinon tamsulosin,.4mg,and tolterodine 2mg. Q 1.should i have dutasteride ?Q2.Recommended by urologist,but removed by 2nd . NO IMPROVEMENT.Higher doses dont suit as palpitations &dizziness are side effects.
