For Nasal Congestion "Spray mist? No way. This dispenser has defective nozzle causing liquid to run out of can, not the nozzle. Complained to Neil Med, they took three weeks to replace another defective can. Stay away from this expensive product."

For Nasal Congestion "Wonderful results. After taking this product for a year the size of my nose has decreased. Pain and soreness in facial bones, crackling noises, and congestion have almost cleared. This product helped clear the long-term infection better than Avamis which did help for a while. I continue to use it without any side effects."
