"I was hospitalised for Multi Drug Resistant Typhoid Fever and given Cefepime by IV. Oral antibiotics no longer work for me, nor do the 3rd generation cephalosporins, so I am grateful there is another option. Difficult to identify any drug side effects, as nausea and headaches are common with typhoid; however, the drug was effective in clearing the infection."
