For Bacterial Infection "I came down with a bacterial infection in my lungs within 24 hours I was put on Zithromax 500 mg one tablet a day. Day three, I felt 75% better. And not one side effect!"

For Sinusitis "I have used a Z-Pak several times. I love that it helps clear up whatever bacteria is causing my illness. I don't love each consecutive time that I take it, the side effects are more pronounced."
