General Information: VET-KEM Siphotrol 1000 Flea & Tick Home Spray kills adult and pre-adult fleas and ticks in the home. VET-KEM Siphotrol 1000 Flea & Tick Home Spray contains a unique combination of two insect control ingredients, permethrin and Precor. The permethrin kills adult fleas, brown dog and American dog ticks. Precor, an insect growth regulator, breaks the flea life cycle by preventing the flea’s development into the adult biting stage for 7 months.

This product is designed for use on carpeting, however, some natural fibres (such as wool) and synthetics may be adversely affected by any liquid product - always test a hidden area prior to use. Care should be used when treating wood surfaces, as water spotting may occur. Users should test (treat) a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure there are no adverse effects such as staining or discolouration. Good sanitary practices should be maintained to prevent re-infestation. One 227 g can will treat a structural surface area of 93 m2 (1000 ft2).

Narrow openings typically occur at expansion joints, utility entry points and along baseboards and mouldings. Spot treatment is localized to a surface area not more than 0.2 m2. Spots are not to be adjoining and the combined area of spots is not to exceed 10% of the total surface area of a room.
