Sulfamethazine Bolus Indications
For oral use as an aid in the treatment of Bacterial Pneumonia, Metritis, Foot-Rot, Diphtheria, and other infections in large animals when caused by sulfamethazine sensitive organisms.Directions
Initial Dose: 1 bolus per 80 kg body weight. Subsequent Dose: 1 bolus per 160 kg bodyweight, 12 hours later if necessary.
Warning
Milk taken from treated animals within 96 hours after the latest treatment must not be used in food. Treated animals must not be slaughtered for use in food for at least 10 days after the latest treatment with this drug.
Sulfamethazine Bolus Caution
Consult a Veterinarian if improvement is not apparent after 4 days treatment.
Each Bolus contains 15 grams of Sulfamethazine.
