Ingredients

Dried whey, dried whey product, dried whey protein concentrate, soy protein concentrate, animal and vegetable fat (preserved with BHA and BHT), dried skimmed milk, lecithin, hydrolyzed yeast, brewer’s dried yeast, calcium carbonate, dicalcium phosphate, dl-methionine, l-lysine monohydrochloride, vitamin A supplement, vitamin D3 supplement, vitamin E supplement, ascorbic acid, dried bacillus subtilis fermentation product, dried enterococcus faecium fermentation product, vitamin B12 supplement, folic acid, choline chloride, riboflavin supplement, niacin supplement, calcium pantothenate, thiamine mononitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, biotin, ferrous sulfate, copper sulfate, cobalt sulfate, zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate, magnesium oxide, ethylenediamine dihydriodide, dextrose, mono and diglycerides of edible fats or oils, sodium silico aluminate, selenium yeast, and artificial flavor.

MIXING DIRECTIONS

Enclosed in each bag is a cup that holds approximately 10 ounces of dry milk replacer powder by weight.

Add 1 enclosed cup, level full, of milk replacer powder to 2 quarts of warm water (110-115°F) and mix thoroughly.

For large batches, mix 10 cups of milk replacer powder into 5 gallons of warm water.

FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS

These amounts are typical for a 100 pound calf. Individual animals vary in requirements.

Adjust amounts fed according to body weight and appetite. Consult with your veterinarian regarding any health concerns.

LARGE BREEDS: Feed 2 quarts of milk replacer solution twice daily.

SMALL BREEDS: Feed1 1/2 to 2 quarts of milk replacer solution twice daily.

Offer Fresh Water at All Times.

CALF CARE RECOMMENDATIONS

1. Feed 2 to 4 quarts of colostrum twice during day one. Ensure that one colostrum feeding of 2 to 4 quarts occurs within two hours of birth. Use Manna Pro Colostro-Fix or Manna Pro Colostrum Supplement if maternal colostrum is not available.

2. Begin feeding milk replacer on day two.

3. Begin feeding Calf-Manna® free-choice in the first week.

4. Begin feeding calf starter/grower after Calf-Manna intake reaches 1 pound per calf per day.

5. Calves can be weaned from milk replacer successfully when intake of calf starter/grower reaches 2 pounds daily.

6. Continue increasing the amount of grain fed up to 6 pounds per head per day for the first six months and provide free choice access to hay or pasture.

7. Provide fresh, clean water at all times.

8. Use Manna Pro Calf Care™ for supportive nutrition during times of digestive stress and to help maintain gut health.

9. Ask your veterinarian for a comprehensive vaccination and health program.

DO NOT feed any product that is spoiled, moldy, rodent or insect infested, or abnormal in appearance or odor, as it may cause illness or death.

This product was made in a feed manufacturing facility that does not handle or store products containing animal proteins prohibited in ruminant feed.
