Description
Each g contains:

Oxytetracycline HCl |
1 g (1000 mg) |
Each level teaspoon contains approximately 5 g of Oxytetracycline HCl approximately.
Oxy 1000 Indications
CATTLE, SWINE & POULTRY
CALVES - For bacterial scours and bacterial pneumonia.
SWINE - For bacterial enteritis and bacterial pneumonia.
POULTRY - For the treatment and prevention of synovitis and bacterial enteritis.
Dosage
CALVES AND SWINE - One level teaspoonful per 1000 kg (2,200 lbs.) body weight for 3 or 4 days.
POULTRY - One level teaspoonful per 15 gallons of drinking water for 3 or 4 days.
For mass medication: One level teaspoonful per 1000 lbs. of body weight to be provided in the drinking water consumed daily.
Only medicated drinking water should be provided during the treatment period and fresh solutions should be prepared daily.
Warning
This drug must not be used in lactating dairy cattle. This product must not be used in laying poultry. Treated animals must not be slaughtered for use in food for at least 10 days for calves and swine and for at least 7 days for turkeys and chickens after the latest treatment with this drug.
