General Instructions
Before applying Sealant, scale and polish teeth, then rinse well. To ensure optimum adhesion, it is important to dry teeth thoroughly immediately prior to application so they are free of saliva and blood. Rubbing with absorbent gauze works well for this purpose. 2 cartridges are required for most dogs. Sealant is applied to the buccal (outer) side of each quadrant. It is not necessary to treat the lingual side. Use the application method that works best for you.
Loading The Gun
Remove cap from cartridge and insert cartridge into dispensing gun.To Apply With Gun
Thoroughly dry the quadrant to be treated. Hold the tip of the cartridge about 3 mm away from the gingival margin. Squeeze trigger to release Sealant, moving slowly along the gingival margin. Avoid contacting teeth or gums with cartridge tip as this may disrupt product flow. Using the applicator or a gloved finger, spread Sealant onto the teeth and into the sulcus and interdental spaces. Thoroughly dry the next quadrant to be treated and continue application.
To Apply With Prophy Cup
Thoroughly dry the quadrant to be treated. Use the gun to dispense Sealant into a new prophy cup. Using moderate rotation speed, spread Sealant onto the teeth and into the sulcus and interdental spaces. Refill prophy cup as required. Thoroughly dry the next quadrant to be treated and continue application.
To Apply With Finger Or Applicator
Thoroughly dry the quadrant to be treated. Use the gun to dispense a small amount of Sealant on gloved finger or applicator. Spread Sealant onto the teeth and into the sulcus and interdental spaces. Thoroughly dry the next quadrant to be treated and continue application.
Keep Out Of Reach Of Children.
Avoid Contact With Clothing.
Store Below 86°f (30°c).
