INGREDIENTS:
L-Lysine Monohydrochloride
INDICATIONS:
AniMed L-Lysine is a bioavailable source of the essential amino acid often missing from a horse's diet. Supplementing feed rations with AniMed L-Lysine can increase the quality and availability of the protein in the diet, especially in grass and hay based diets, without a major increase in crude protein of the feed ration.
L-Lysine and protein deficiencies in mature horses may result in decreased feed intake, body tissue loss, poor hair coat and reduced hoof growth. Young horses may result in decreased growth and development.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
For best results: Feed 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) or 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) per day as a top dress.
Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal after each use.
