Indications for Use:

Transcend™ is a sterile Hyaluronate (HA) Sodium Solution indicated for use in the topical management of chronic and acute wounds including pressure ulcers, first and second degree burns, surgical wounds, venous stasis ulcers and autograft procedures. For use in cats, dogs and horses (Not for food animal use).

Directions For Use

1. Cleanse wound/surgical site.

2. Withdraw the HA solution.

3. Dispense topically onto the wound site.

4. Cover wound area with a non-adherent dressing.

5. Change dressing as needed, with repeated applications of Transcend™.

Federal law restricts this device to sale by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.

Storage

Store at room temperature; 15°-30°C (59°-86°F). Do not freeze. Sterile when unopened.

Preservative free. Discard any unused portion of vial contents.
