Active Ingredient(s)

IMMUNOREGULIN^® is a preparation consisting of 0.4 mg/mL non-viable Propionibacterium acnes suspended in 12.5% ethanol in saline.

ImmunoRegulin Indications

For use as an adjunct to antibiotic therapy in controlling and reducing the lesions of chronic recurrent pyoderma in the dog.

ImmunoRegulin Dosage And Administration

Administration: IMMUNOREGULIN^® must be administered by the intravenous (IV) route. Shake well to obtain the uniform suspension.

Dosage: Two injections per week for the first two weeks followed by one injection per week until the 12th week; thereafter, once a month until symptoms abate or stabilize.

45 to 75 lbs.	1.00 mL
75 lbs. or greater	2.00 mL

Contraindication(s)

The therapeutic effect of the immunostimulant may be compromised if used with glucocorticoids. Steroid therapy should be withdrawn at least seven days before initiating the immunostimulant therapy.

Precaution(s)

Store at room temperature until first used then store at 2-7°C (35-45°F). Do not freeze.

ImmunoRegulin Caution(s)

The effects of this product have not been studied in pregnant animals. Do not use when pregnancy is suspected or a suspected cardiac condition exists. There may be a minor rise in temperature, chills, temporary inappetance, or sluggishness a few hours after injection.

Anaphylactic reactions may occur.

IMMUNOREGULIN^® is restricted to use by, or under the supervision of, a veterinarian.
