Hexi Prep Indications

An udder wash used as an aid in preventing and controlling mastitis in dairy cattle by reducing the bacterial population on teats and udders.

Directions For Use

Prepare solution by adding 30 mL of HEXI PREP solution to 10 L of warm water. Prior to each milking, approximately 1 minute before applying teat cups, dip a single service paper towel into the solution and wash udder and teats. Dry the udder and teats before milking. Avoid contamination of udder wash. When the solution becomes visibly dirty, discard and use fresh solution.

Warnings

No meat withdrawal period or milk withholding time is required when used according to the label. Avoid contact with food. Avoid breathing vapours. Do not take internally. If accidentally ingested, drink large volumes of water. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If accidental contact occurs, flush thoroughly with running water. Seek medical attention if symptoms occur or persist. Wash hands thoroughly after handling product. Do not use for cleaning or sanitizing milking equipment. Keep out of reach of children.

Cautions: Consult your veterinarian before using on teats that are irritated.

Storage Conditions: Store between 15°C and 30°C. Avoid freezing. Dispose of product according to municipal guidelines. Keep container closed.
