Happy Jack Mitex Indications

For the treatment of ear mites in dogs and cats.

Directions For Use

It is a violation of federal law to use the product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Cats or Dogs: Clean the ear thoroughly. Place the recommended number of drops in each ear once a day for 7-10 days. Repeat the treatment in two (2) weeks if necessary.

Body Weight	Dosage
5 to 15 lbs.	4 to 5 drops
15 to 30 lbs.	5 to 10 drops
30 lbs. or over	10 to 15 drops

Precautionary Statements: Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals: Harmful if swallowed.

Storage and Disposal: Storage: Keep away from heat.

Disposal: Do not re-use the empty container. Wrap the container and put it in the trash collection.

Warning(s): Keep out of the reach of children.

Presentation: 1/2 fl. oz. (14.5 mL) and 1 fl. oz. containers.
