PRODUCT FACTS:

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS (per ounce): Hemp meal 19381mg, Glucosamine HCL (shellfish) 32500mg, Glucosamine sulfate (shellfish) 2500mg, Vitamin C 85mg. Selenium 1ppm

INACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Corn starch and Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

CAUTION: Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. If lameness worsens, discontinue use and contact your veterinarian. Administer during or after the animal has eaten to reduce incidence of gastrointestinal upset.

NOTE: This product contains hemp. Check with your association for testing rules and regulations under which you may compete.

AniMed’s Glucosamine 5000 with Hemp is a formulation of both glucosamine sulfate and glucosamine HCl, promoting cartilage development and joint health naturally. A blend formulated to provide the building blocks for synovial fluid, connective tissue and bone re-enforcing factors. The addition of hemp enhances the physical and mental well being of your horse, helps maintain a normal inflammatory response and supports antioxidant function. For use in horses only.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For horses of all classes: provide 2 tbsp, or approximately 1 ounce, daily for 14 days, then 1 tbsp daily. The large end of the enclosed scoop measures approximately 1 tbsp, or approximately 1/2 ounce.

WARNINGS: For animal use only. Not for human use. Keep out of the reach of children and other animals. In case of accidental overdose, contact a health professional immediately. This product should not be given to animals intended for human consumption.
