CLOSTRIDIUM PERFRINGENS TYPES C & D TOXOID

This product has been shown to be effective for the vaccination of healthy cattle, sheep, and goats against enterotoxemia caused by Clostridium perfringens Types B, C, and D, and for the vaccination of healthy swine against Clostridium perfringens Type C. This product was licensed prior to the requirement to establish a minimum age for use. The duration of immunity is unknown. Cl. perfringens Type B is not a significant problem in North America. Safety in pregnant animals is unknown.

Contains thimerosal and formalin as preservatives.

Directions For Use

Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Shake well before use. Use entire contents when first opened. Store at 2-8°C. Do not freeze. Do not mix with other products.

Precautions

Anaphylactoid reaction may occur following administration of products of this nature. If noted, administer adrenalin or equivalent. In case of human exposure, contact a physician.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION: Inject 2 ml SC or IM. Repeat in 3 - 4 weeks. Historically, annual vaccination is recommended. Contact veterinarian for advice.
