Enzyclean® II LS Dual Enzyme Low Suds Detergent is formulated for use as a presoak or manual detergent and for use in ultrasonic washers, automatic washing equipment and evacuators. Enzyclean® II LS is safe for glass, plastic, rubber and all types of metal surgical instruments, as well as flexible and rigid fiber optic equipment. The protease and amylase enzymes in Enzyclean® II LS breaks down organic and inorganic soils, residues, films and deposits and ensures thorough and complete cleaning, leaving instruments moving freely and spot-free.

Directions For Use

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment based on safe work practices.

Presoak and Manual Cleaning: Add 1/8 fl. oz. (3.7 mL) to 2 fl. oz. (59 mL) per gallon (3.8 L) of warm water. Soak instruments for 2-3 minutes or longer if required. Solution should be aspirated through lumens and channels of instruments. Scrub instruments under water and rinse thoroughly with warm water, aspirating water through channels to completely remove all traces of enzymatic solution. If equipment is to be chemically disinfected, dry before immersion into the solution. Discard solution after each use.

Ultrasonic Cleaning: Add 1/8 fl. oz. (3.7 mL) to 2 fl. oz. (59 mL) per gallon (3.8 L) of water and follow equipment manufacturer’s instructions. Recommended temperature range: 90°F-140°F (32°C-60°C). Lid should be closed during use. Discard solution after each use or when visibly soiled.

Automatic Washing Equipment: Add 1/8 fl. oz. (3.7 mL) to 2 fl. oz. (59 mL) per gallon (3.8 L) of water and follow equipment manufacturer’s instructions. Recommended temperature range: 90°F-140°F (32°C-60°C). Validated cleaning is recommended.

Evacuators: Add 1/8 fl. oz. (3.7 mL) to 2 fl. oz. (59 mL) per gallon (3.8 L) of water. Insert evacuator hose, turn system on full open for 1 minute. Suggested maintenance twice weekly.

Dilutions vary depending on temperature, water quality and equipment. Validated cleaning is recommended.

Precautionary Statement(s): Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors/spray. In case of inadequate ventilation wear respiratory protection. If inhaled: If breathing is difficult, remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. If experiencing respiratory symptoms: Call a poison center/doctor. Dispose of contents and container in accordance with all local, regional, national and international regulations.
