Deccox-M Indications
As an aid in the prevention of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria bovis and Eimeria zuernii in non-ruminating calves, including veal.
For Medicating Milk Replacer Or Whole Milk Feeds
Deccox-M Dosage And Administration
Feed at the rate of 0.5 mg of decoquinate per kg of body weight, for at least 28 days. Calves should be fed medicated milk replacer or whole milk medicated with Deccox®-M at least twice daily.
For Individual Calf Feeding
Prepare fresh daily. Feed each calf an equal portion of the total amount of medicated milk replacer or whole milk medicated with Deccox®-M prepared as shown below.
Mix Deccox®-M into the total amount of milk replacer or whole milk (2.0 to 5.5 L per calf daily) needed for the number of calves to be fed. Stir or agitate continuously for 5 minutes before and during feeding. Feed immediately in container for individual animals only. Do not use in bulk feeding containers (e.g. calf-bars).

One level teaspoon contains 3.5 grams of Deccox-M (28 mg of decoquinate).
One-half cup contains 85.0 gram of Deccox-M (680 mg decoquinate).
Important: Failure To Properly Mix And Feed This Product May Result In Underdosing Or Overdosing Some Animals Due To Settling Out Of The Drug.
Warning
Do not use in lactating dairy cattle.
Keep out of reach of children.

Storage
Store in a protected location, avoid excessive heat (>40°C) and prevent from freezing. Keep container tightly closed to avoid contamination.
