Clinacox 0.5% Premix Indications

As an aid in the prevention of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria acervulina, E. brunetti, E. maxima, E. mitis, E. necatrix and E. tenella in broiler chickens.

As an aid in the prevention of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria adenoeides, E. meleagrimitis and E. gallopavonis in growing turkeys.

Clinacox 0.5% Premix Dosage And Administration

Broiler Chickens

Use 0.0001% diclazuril medicated feed as the sole ration, from one day of age up until slaughter.

Growing Turkeys

Use 0.0001% diclazuril medicated feed as the sole ration, from one day of age to a maximum of 14 weeks of age.

Mixing Directions

To obtain the recommended level of 0.0001% of diclazuril in the complete feed, Clinacox 0.5% Premix should be mixed thoroughly with the feed at the rate of 200 grams per metric tonne. It is recommended that a premix be made from Clinacox 0.5% Premix before final mixing. It is suggested to premix 200 grams of Clinacox 0.5% Premix with 20-50 kg of a feed ingredient (or vitamin-mineral mixture) before incorporating in the feed.

Clinacox 0.5% Premix Caution

1. Do not use diclazuril medicated feed for the treatment of outbreaks of coccidiosis.

2. If unexpected deaths occur, obtain an accurate diagnosis and follow veterinarian’s or poultry pathologist’s recommendations.

3. Do not use with pellet binding agents except Pel-Aid or Lignin Sulfonate.
