Contains boric acid as a solubilizing agent.

Calcium Gluconate 23% Solution Indications

To be used as an aid in the treatment of parturient paresis (milk fever) in cattle.

Calcium Gluconate 23% Solution Dosage And Administration

Cattle: 250 to 500 mL

Administer intravenously, intraperitoneally, or subcutaneously. If given subcutaneously, divide dosage among several injection sites and massage to aid in adsorption.

Solution should be warmed to body temperature and administered slowly. This product is sterile in unopened container. It contains no preservative. Use entire contents when first opened. It should be handled under aseptic conditions.

If there is no apparent improvement in the animal's condition within 24 hours, consult a veterinarian.

Store Between 15°c And 30°c (59°f And 86°f). Keep From Freezing.
