Applies to triprolidine: oral liquid
Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction while taking triprolidine (the active ingredient contained in Zymine XR) hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Stop using triprolidine and call your doctor at once if you have a serious side effect such as:

pounding heartbeats or fluttering in your chest;

hallucinations;
-
chest tightness, wheezing;
-
tremor, seizure (convulsions); or
-
urinating less than usual or not at all.
Less serious side effects of triprolidine may include:

dizziness, drowsiness;
-
dry mouth, nose, or throat;
-
constipation;
-
blurred vision; or
-
feeling nervous or restless.
