The most commonly reported side effects were headache, musculoskeletal pain, increased blood pressure, fatigue, nausea, and injection site reaction.[Ref]

Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Increased blood pressure, hypertension

Dermatologic

Frequency not reported: Pruritus, urticaria[Ref]

Gastrointestinal

Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Nausea[Ref]

Musculoskeletal

Nervous system

Common (1% to 10%): Headache

Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Dizziness

Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Anxiety, claustrophobia, insomnia[Ref]
