Chlorpheniramine-phenylephrine has not been formally assigned to a pregnancy category by the FDA. Phenylephrine has been assigned to pregnancy category C by the FDA. Animal studies have not been reported. There are no controlled data in human pregnancy. The manufacturer has stated that the safety of the use of chlorpheniramine-phenylephrine during pregnancy has not been established.

The manufacturer has stated that chlorpheniramine-phenylephrine should not be used in nursing mothers.
