Vosoritide may cause transient decreases in blood pressure. To reduce the risk of low blood pressure and its associated symptoms, you should have adequate food intake before vosoritide administration and should drink approximately 8 to 10 ounces of liquids within the hour prior to vosoritide injection. Tell your doctor if you experience fatigue, nausea, dizziness, or lightheadedness after vosoritide injection. Avoid driving or operating hazardous machinery until you know how this medication affects you and use caution when getting up from a sitting or lying position.
