Vericiguat has not been studied in patients with severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh C). Caution is advised. No dosage adjustment is recommended in patients with mild or moderate hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh A or B).
Vericiguat (applies to Verquvo) renal impairment
Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility. Applicable conditions: Renal Dysfunction
Vericiguat has not been studied in patients with eGFR <15 mL/min/1.73m2 or on dialysis. Caution is advised. No dose adjustment is required for patients with eGFR >15 mL/min/1.73m2 not on dialysis.
