Major Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility. Applicable conditions: Bone Marrow Transplantation, Organ Transplant, Bone Marrow Depression/Low Blood Counts
Saccharomyces boulardii lyo probiotics should not be used in pre- or post- organ or bone marrow transplant patients and other patients considered severely immunocompromised or critically ill.

Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility. Applicable conditions: Immunodeficiency
Probiotics, especially those containing lactobacillus, should be used with caution in immunosuppressed patients.
