The use of angiotensin II may increase the risks of arterial and venous thrombotic and thromboembolic events. Care should be exercised when using this agent in patient with a past history of thrombotic or thromboembolic events, such as deep venous thromboses. It is recommended to use concurrent venous thromboembolism prophylaxis.
