L-Tyrosine (tyrosine) "Started taking this for ADHD paired with fish oil. I'm more focused and find that I don't need to rely on caffeine as much as I use to. I've found that I have heartburn if I don't eat quickly after taking it. I'm not experiencing the crash I did with FocusFactor. And my anxiety levels are reduced dramatically."

L-Tyrosine (tyrosine) "I have MS and take l-tyrosine 500 mg for brain focus. I just started 1 week ago. I seem more focused. I also take l-arginine, vitamin D 5000 iu, l-lysine 500 mg, calcium, magnesium, and zinc 500 mg, multi-vitamins, apple cider pills, and Progesta-care Complete. I currently take Diovan generic for hypertension, Gabapantin for nerve pain, and Zoloft. Was removed for MS meds a 1 yr and half ago because I wasn't having flare ups. So far so good. "

L-Tyrosine (tyrosine) "I started talking L-Tyrosine every day with OMEGA3 and Phosphatidylserine. A week after the results are great when it related to focus, memory, and anxiety but! But, my jaw is tighter. And there is a-lot of pressure in the face - jaw. (Similar to Ritalin) Anyone experienced anything similar ?"

L-Tyrosine (tyrosine) "I took L-Tyrosine for 2 months. I immediately noticed that my sleep improved significantly. I woke up fewer times in the night and had a deeper sleep. I would wake up feeling refreshed rather than tired. No adverse side effects were noticed. I stopped taking this supplement until I spoke with my doctor about long-term use. When I stopped, my sleep rapidly deteriorated to what it was prior to taking L-Tyrosine. I'm waiting for my doctor's appointment and hoping I can resume taking it."

L-Tyrosine (tyrosine) "Before taking this supplement, I researched it in depth for around two months, sure I understood the literature and wrote a paper which I tested by.sending it for review at my local pharmacy and doctor's with which I have a good relation with. After they were both satisfied that my going forward to take this supplement was based on sound reasoning, they were happy for me to continue as I had described I would. Regardless of any reason for trying this or any suppliment, it's always the better route to go forward with at least the knowledge that those who might have to deal with a poor or negative result down the road will have better understanding of the potential patients reasoning and/or personality. So far, I've had only positive results and I'm over the moon that recently I received a phone call from the practice enquiring as to how I was fairing with L-Tyrosine. There's nothing to dislike and having the support of professional curiosity only gives an added confidence."

"I’m not a morning person but I had to be for 32 years as a school psychologist. After eight years I was diagnosed with narcolepsy, but I also had valley fever which might’ve been why I was so very tired. ( Neurologist had put me on Ritalin and I did not like those effects even though it made me happy for no reason ) Anyway I started taking 500 mg of L-Tyrosine during the last 20 years of being a school psychologist and I was able to muddle through and have more energy for the day especially in the morning when I was mostly groggy. I found out after retiring that another psychologist also had had valley fever and I spoke with him he had the same symptoms I had but he went on disability for about 20 years after having it. Certainly I can’t guarantee that it was the tyrosine that helped me, yet I’m certainly glad I took it and the few days I didn’t , I functioned less well."
