For Osteoarthritis "I was taking Vicodin during the day and Oxycodone to sleep at night because of the severe pain I was in with osteoarthritis. After a series of 5 shots in each knee, I have experienced complete relief for 2 years. Just recently I have started feeling the beginnings of some joint pain and am scheduled to begin the series of shots today. I'm hoping this round is as successful as the last."

For Osteoarthritis "I have had two knee surgeries in the past 20 months. I had 3 rounds of Synvisc with no relief whatsoever. My doctor suggested Supartz. Although I was hesitant, he convinced me to try it. Boy am I glad I did. I went from walking with a noticeable limp to biking 35 to 45 miles at a clip and walking with no pain. This occurred in 5 weeks!!! I am thrilled with this medication and would recommend it to anyone suffering knee pain. The worst that could happen is it doesn't work."

For Osteoarthritis "I've been taking the 5 injection series for about 9-10 years and have had great success. I've found relief immediately after injection #1. The first series lasted over 18 months. I never had any pain from the injections as some people have experienced. That might be due to whether or not the needle went into a muscle or bone, not the fault of the Supartz. When my doctor gives me the injection I never even feel the needle being inserted. He's a pro."

For Osteoarthritis "This is my second year of using Supartz. So far, it is working. I refused to get a knee replacement, and looked for other options and this came up. I know it does not work for everyone. I combined it with weight loss and exercise of the upper thighs of the leg, as well as a cortisone shot every three months. I will keep doing this until they come up with something other than full knee replacement as long as it works. The weight loss was really helpful. Just 25 lbs, but it made a difference."

For Osteoarthritis "Received first series of Supartz shots in 2005. Pain free until 2009. In 2012 I was unable to receive Supartz...office was no longer offering them...received another product ...no relief from pain. Will be looking for a doctor that does offer Supartz."

For Osteoarthritis "I got no relief after I started my Supartz injections so I just waited and hoped that eventually I would get some relief. I received the 5th injections 2 weeks ago and my pain now is worse than ever and some days I’m almost immobile. I am not able to even step off of a curb without help and some days the pain is so bad that I can't get out of bed. I opted for it because of the positive reviews. I’m sure it works for some people. I’m glad I tried even though it didn’t work for me."

For Osteoarthritis "I get Supartz injections in my osteoarthritis ankle at lease every 5 to 6 months. It is truly a miracle. I have 99.9% relief. I just wish the insurance would cover the injection. They wont cover it because they state the ankle is not a major joint!?"

For Osteoarthritis "This is a follow-up to my last post from September 24, 2019. I completed the five shots series September 12th. It helped short term. It is now 2 months later and I am back to bad pain in left knee. I will not do it again. Disappointed but have no interest in knee replacement. I have researched other options but none seem very promising."

For Osteoarthritis "Hi - I started the Supartz injections in November of last year. Let me just say this, I am not 100% pain free, but it is a whole lot better then the pain I was having before. The pain had me in tears all the time. But here lately, I have been feeling alot of pressure. And I have been getting pain on the other side of the knee, like burning and stabbing pain now and then. But it is still better then it was before. The Supartz Injections overall works for me, in fact Thursday I am starting the injections for the other knee. And as far as staying off the knee and rest, I take it easy the rest of that day and the next I just go about my daily routines. I will ask more questions when I see my doctor on Thursday."

For Osteoarthritis "I had the series of 5 shots back in 2012. The first two shots were mostly painless, the third hurt like anything, but the fourth and fifth were not bad at all. I was very happy with the results. Here it is 6 years later and my knee started becoming painful about a month ago. It's not the same "lightening" zapping pain like I had in 2012, now it's more of an overall ache. I have an appointment tomorrow to see if a second round can be done. I think 6 years of relief was pretty good."

For Osteoarthritis "I received the 5 shot series, my knee was damaged on active duty us army. I have bad pulling cramps about 2 hours of sleep with left foot pulling back. Legs feel heavy when walking and can't stand up for over 30 minutes. I don't know if the drug caused the cramps but never had them before the 5 shots. I notice I'm not very stable standing in one place and I didn't do this before the 5 shots."

For Osteoarthritis "I was anxious for a week, waiting to start the Supartz injections in my left knee for OA. I was not looking forward to having a needle in my knee, but my knee pain was bad. I arrived at my ortho surgeon 's office, was escorted to a comfortable chair in one of the exam rooms and waited, hoping I wouldn't scream when the doctor came in and injected my knee. The doctor walked in, sat down in front of me, the nurse sprayed the site with a very cold spray and the doctor apologized. I told him he did not need to apologize, because I didn't feel anything! 5 seconds, a bandaid and I was out the door. I can't wait to go back in a week for another injection. In fact, I'm going to have the injections in my right knee, also. My left knee is much less stiff and less painful, after just the 1st injection."

For Osteoarthritis "My right knee has no cartilage left and cortisone shots were tried with little relief. Supartz was suggested and other than having to wait a month for insurance approval, the outcome has been positive. I just finished the third shot and no more sleeping with right knee elevated, I look forward to walking our neighborhood again!"

For Osteoarthritis "I am on my 3rd injections on both knees and in severe pain. The first one wasn't too bad, second was pretty bad, this time I can barely walk. The Dr said I should start getting some relief soon so I'm really hoping these work. I don't want to scare anyone away from getting these shots, I don't think my reaction is typical.,"

For Osteoarthritis "Just had my 2nd injection in the 5 part series. I noticed a major difference 7 days after the 1st injection. I was almost 100% back to myself before the ACL and Menicus tears and the knee microfracture surgery!! I highly recommend the Supartz!! Excited to see how long I will be pain free after the 5th injection!! Hopefully it will last a few years!!"

For Osteoarthritis "The first two shots weren't so bad but the third shot had me in tears. My knee swollen up like a big balloon red around my knee. My knee double the size cancel both of my appointments will never use this product again. I tried to explain to my orthopedic doctor he would not listen to me and he was not sympathetic. I used another one last year but it was a different brand and it done the same thing to me."

For Osteoarthritis "My arthritis has been bad for quite a few years. Before supartz I was getting cortizone shots which only lasted a few months. I received 3 Supartz injections on each knee in September 2014! I was completely pain free for 3 years! My pain has returned and today I began my second time of supartz treatment. My doctor did tell me that just because it worked so well the first time that it may not work so well a second time but I was willing to pay cash (because Kaiser (my insurance) doesn't use supartz) at only $173 per injection (not like previous reviews claiming the cost at $2200 each shot) I live in California btw. I can come back in a few months and let you all know if it worked the 2nd time. Very happy with supartz. Oh and the first time my insurance at that time did cover the medication."

For Osteoarthritis "I’ve been getting these Supartz injections for 7 years now for osteoarthritis. I get an injection once a week for five weeks. It usually last from 10 - 12 months. This has worked the best for me. I really don’t want to do a knee replacement. Dr. says out of all his patients I have had the best results. It’s not for everybody."

For Osteoarthritis "Just finished series of 5 injections Sept. 2019. The shots were uncomfortable but not real painful. I have bone on bone both knees. Do not want knee replacement at 67. I felt great after the first three weeks. Now a week after injections I have sharp pain in one knee. Hoping it just needs more time to kick in. I am able to walk 3 or more miles in the morning at this time."

For Osteoarthritis "Today I'm scheduled for injection 4 of 5 part series. I have had no pain in my left knee since my second meniscus surgery three years ago. My right leg was diagnosed with meniscus tear recently at age 66 the doctor said gel injections would be better than surgical repair. The pain clinic chose to do both knees. I have had trouble walking since third injections weight bearing is a problem! They told me that I would need to follow up with 4 and 5 injections. I'm ready to bail out because the pain is 20 times greater than when I started."
