For Local Anesthesia "I received this drug today, unsure of dosage, in a popliteal block prior too lis franc fx/dislocation surgery for post OP pain relief in addition too general anesthetic for actual procedures. Received at 8am this am, now 5pm, still major numbness and no procedure pain. Told it will ie may last 8 to 12 hours. Only side effect, was major headache but helped with fentanyl. Now doing ok I have long hx of complicated migraines and cervical headaches.multiple head neuralgia s. Recce this highly."
