Zoryve (roflumilast) "Using it for two months, plaque psoriasis on legs and elbows for over 10 years with sporadic spots here and there at any given time. My elbows are now clear and my legs are 80 percent clear. I feel like this is a miracle medicine as my psoriasis was never ending on steroid ointments. I have had no side effects on this medicine and applying once a day. I am 65 years old and the plaques on my legs were affecting my mental health as well. happy to say this medicine is working for me."

Zoryve (roflumilast) "Within two weeks, 80% improvement to severe Psoriasis. Within 2 months, virtually clear - absolutely amazing response as I was on steroids for years and concerned about using a biologic. Only issue is it appears to reduce my appetite, which I am fine with. Takes time for skin color to fully return, but I am very happy. Patient in Canada."

Zoryve (roflumilast) "I have psoriasis on both my hands and I used Zoryve for approximately 3 months, during which time the psoriasis improved immensely. I had no noticeable side effects and was extremely happy with the results. Sadly, during the three months I was using Zoryve, I turned 65 and went on Medicare. When I went to refill my prescription, it was going to cost me over $500. Apparently, they don’t offer the discount/coupon price to people on Medicare, so I am no longer using the medication and the psoriasis flared back up within a month. There are a lot of things in this country that need fixing - prescription drug costs need to be at the top of the list! I’m not sure why the drug companies offer the discount to people with non-government insurance and not vice versa, but I'm hoping there is some relief."

Zoryve (roflumilast) "I had tried other prescription lotions for my plaque psoriasis on my face with limited or no success. With Zoryve, I noticed improvement within days with daily use. My facial skin was totally stable within 3 weeks. Unfortunately, I suffered the side effects of daily low-grade headaches, nausea, and diarrhea, and interruption with my sleep. All symptoms decreased with time but did not disappear. I am taking a short break right now to alleviate the nausea and sleep interruption. As an aside, Zoryve did not work on my elbows."

Zoryve (roflumilast) "After an initial flare following scraping of skin on the right shin treated with clobetasol steroid, secondary flares of white dots and rough areas appeared on the night and left knees. Tertiary flares later appeared on forearms after slight scrapping wounds. Later a fourth series of flares occurred on both thighs and in the groin, perineum area. Application of Zoryve ended these flare events within two weeks, and subsequent less serious limited flares were terminated within one week. Now, six weeks after my initial psoriasis event, skin has healed well in all areas. There may be a tendency for skin to thin in areas recently treated as two minor scrapes have created torn areas that heal within a week.;"

Zoryve (roflumilast) "Physician gave me a sample and a prescription to fill. The medication worked wonderful, very easy to use. When I went to pick up prescription I could not afford it. It was so cost prohibitive. So I was unable to continue using."

Zoryve (roflumilast) "I'm truly amazed. My teen daughter has been in a psoriasis flare for months. We've tried steroid creams in the past and they always made it worse. I was hesitant and fearful to try Zoryve. We got a few samples from her dermatologist. I could not believe how fast it cleared up her ears and side of her face. Her elbows have taken a little longer. Absolutely no side effects noticed."

Zoryve (roflumilast) "My doctor gave me a sample tube and I used it the next day. It seems to have made my small amount of plaque go away. Pretty impressive so far. Haven't had any noticeable side effects yet. Only been using it for about a week."

Zoryve (roflumilast) "I received samples from the doctor because she did not think insurance would pay. To our surprise, it was paid for. After the first couple of days, the scaly skin became soft and the skin feels smooth."

Zoryve (roflumilast) "56-year-old, I've been taking it for 8 months (since February 2023). The cream is expensive without insurance, $900. It's still a new drug, and insurance would only pay $300 (BCBS). That being said, the medicine is incredibly effective. I suffer from psoriasis on my face and have been using steroid creams since 2006, but it constantly got worse and really started affecting my mental health. The medicine has almost completely cleared up my face, around 80-90%, after the initial month of daily use. I scaled back to using it every other day, which has helped keep acne to a minimum. Now the manufacturer offers a card that reduces the cost of the medicine to as low as $25 for 12 months. I've used mine for 8 months, but today they are not honoring the refills and I don't know why, so I can't afford the medicine at $600. I knew at some point (after 12 months) the discount would end, so I've been rationing my use. I have not been slathering it on; instead, I've been targeting specific areas, and it's worked out."

Zoryve (roflumilast) "Have struggled with plaque psoriasis for years on my fingers and hands. This has taken 90% of my symptoms away. I have gone from wearing exam gloves (I work in a government office) at work to only using them when my hands are going to be wet for prolonged periods."

Zoryve (roflumilast) "I have occasional breakouts on my face. I was prescribed many creams that helped but not 100 percent. My doctor then prescribed Zoryve and it worked immediately. I only use it when I get a breakout and it works quickly within days and eliminates the entire redness and symptoms. I cannot express enough how comforting this cream is to my self-esteem and appearance. Awesome product but it is very expensive."

Zoryve (roflumilast) "I have had an extremely itchy rash on my shins for almost 4 years and nothing has helped. I was prescribed Zoryve cream by a new dermatologist I saw and have been using it for about a week now. It has helped a lot with the itching, and the rash has diminished in size. However, I have had a headache and stomach ache the past 2 days; I do not know if it's from the medication or if I have caught a bug."

Zoryve (roflumilast) "I was recently diagnosed with plaque psoriasis. The skin on the palms of my hands was cracking and bleeding, and it was very painful. It took a few months to find the right medications. Zoryve has been a game changer. I use it daily. I also have had Skyrizi injections at the same time, so I'm not sure if it's the combination of both medications that is reducing my symptoms. My skin is almost normal now."

Zoryve (roflumilast) "I have been using it for a month and a half and my psoriasis has cleared up completely. I have had minor side effects of urinary incontinence, but it's definitely worth the inconvenience to finally have my psoriasis under control."

Zoryve (roflumilast) "Used only for five days. Initial results are dramatic; much better than with calcipotriene/betamethasone and without steroids. See improvement in these five days. Can't speak yet to longer usage."

Zoryve (roflumilast) "Applied this daily for 6 months to deal with ulcerated plaque psoriasis on hands. Had previously used Lamisil/Micatin, which worked up to a point, but could not clear plaque. Zoryve works!!!! Like nothing else! Another review said, 'miracle drug', and I would agree. Plaque is now mostly cleared. Zoryve melts skin to get at subcutaneous plaque, which other medications could not do. Also, it's VERY expensive. The maker has a program to give you the first tube for free, but after that, it costs $300/tube in Canada. It's expensive, but it works. It's REALLY expensive but it REALLY works."
