raspberry for Diarrhea: Started using this for diarrhea about 8 years ago and have had positive results almost every time.

raspberry for Menstrual Disorders: I have taken a tincture of 30 drops 2x daily to relieve heavy or continual menses. It has proven helpful to lighten the flow and to stop flow at appropriate time in my cycle.
