"I was given this drug while in atrial fib. Nothing happened for 5 mins or so then my heartbeat began to "try" to return to normal. All together it took 10 minutes before I returned to a fully normal heartbeat. No pain, no problem. There were a few palpitations but they quickly faded. For me this drug is a God-send. I had an experienced cardiologist standing by with a defib unit just in case. This drug's effectiveness has given me a new lease on life. Now I have a solution in hand so AF isn't nearly as frightening as it used to be. Hope you have the same experience."
