"I have taken the Borage High potency cold pressed oil from a natural food store for less than a week now and have had amazing results for treating my rosacea. I take one pill during the day and then I poke a hole in one capsule and rub a little bit of it all over my face until the entire affected area is covered, after most of the gel is absorbed into my face I apply a thin layer of prosacea (bought at walmart) over my face and then proceed to bed. every morning I see dramatic results of my severe rosacea going away. I love this product. and it is a lot less expensive than the prescription that I was using and seeing no results as all with."
