For Mycobacterium avium-intracellulare, Treatment "This medicine almost finished me! I used as directed for five days and I had to stop because I could not breathe. Today is seven days since I stopped and I am just now starting to feel a bit better. I still cannot walk from room to room without losing my breath. prior to this treatment I was feeling great once again."
