Tylenol Cold (acetaminophen / chlorpheniramine / dextromethorphan / pseudoephedrine): After two days of taking Tylenol Day and Tylenol Night my nose is in constant run. In the old days, when Drixoral was available usually, one pill would would eliminate cold symptoms for 12 hours.
