Telfast is 180mg. Paracetamol is the common one (white colored pill). I do have urticaria, that's why I'm taking telfast. What more is I cant take many other medicines such as the NSAIDs family. Please answer fast as you can. Thank you.

Yes needhelp the Telfast is an antihistamine to help with the swelling and itching of the rash and the Paracetamol is also known as Tylenol generic to be taken as needed for pain or fever normal is look at the strength you should take if they are 500mg tablets you can take 2 every 4 to 6 hours for pain, fever headache etc never take more than 8 tablets daily or in 24 hours or longer than a week without checking with a doctor.
