like its nearly unpredictable at times. I've been given nitrofurantoin 100mg for one week. am on it for 5 days and i notice this sudden onset its uncomfortable. can anyone relate?

Are you taking the nitrofurantoin for a urinary tract infection?
If you are then your frequent and unpredictable urination is more likely to be a symptom of the infection and not a side effect of the medication. Make sure you drink plenty of water.
