The pill is a buprenorphine/naloxone 8mg tablet. It is used for people who are addicted or dependant on opiates. The name of this drug is Suboxone. This medication is strictly controlled the same as methadone. This drug is a partial agonist. For more information please research "suboxone" or Buprenorphine/Naloxone therapy.
