What is this pill - with 'V' imprint? and says QT 100 on the other side?

I have found an answer from the forum that is is Seroquel 100mg by Colbalt Canada, however it is not on their current product list. Colbalt's logo is a V shaped arrow. Seroquel is generic quetiapine - so the QT definately makes sense.
